Board of Directors

A resident Board of Directors guides the Gulf Trace Homeowners Association. The Board consists of nine resident directors who are unpaid volunteers.

Directors are elected at the Association's Annual Meeting held each November. Terms of the directors are staggered to insure continuity.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please submit your name to Coastal HOA Management Services INC, in the early fall, so it may be placed on the ballot before the Annual Meeting.
