In May of 2008, Gulf Trace Homeowners Association hired Coastal HOA Management Services INC to handle the manangement of the Association.

Role

The role of Coastal HOA Management is to relieve the GTHA Board of Directors from the day–to-day management of the Association and Community. Coastal works with the Board to help maintain the value of the community, checking to see that the Deed Restrictions are being adhered to and monitoring the common areas. It is also the responsibility of Coastal HOA Management to maintain the Association's records, including financial reports, correspondence and Board minutes.  Coastal prepares all Board communication to homeowners, solicits bids and negotiates contracts on behalf of the Board.
