2012 Dues Schedule
The annual GTHA dues are $384.00 or $32.00 monthly.
Dues are payable the first of each month. Dues paid annually, semi-annually, or quarterly are due the first day of the said period.
Payments are due by the end of the current month and if not paid are considered delinquent. Payments not received by the due date are charged interest and collection fees. If payment is not brought up to date within 75 days from the due date, a lien will be filed. Once the account is turned over to the attorney, legal fees will be added to the account. To avoid additional charges, please send payment by the due date.

Mail to Cadence Bank
Mail your payment along with the monthly coupon from the FlexBill Coupon Book to Cadence Bank. You will find Cadence Bank address labels are included in the coupon book for your convenience .
Auto Pay
Set up Auto Pay by completeing and submitting the form on page 3 of the FlexBill Coupon Book to Superior Bank.
GTHA Online Account
Pay online by credit card or electronic check. You will need to set up a Gulf Trace Homeowners Association Online Account through the Coastal HOA Management Services INC website.
