Covenants

All Gulf Trace Homeowners should have received a copy of the GTHA Covenants upon closing. Therefore, they have "agreed to observe, comply with, and be bound by the GTHA Covenants."

The Gulf Trace Board of Directors believes in the enforcement of the Gulf Trace Home Owners Association Covenants. We are bound by these Covenants to do so. This helps ensure a great looking neighborhood and helps to maintain and possibly increase property values.
