Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of the month, September through May, with the exception of the November meeting which is scheduled for the Tuesday following the Annual Meeting. 

During the summer recess the Board stays in touch with the management company and each other over Community issues by email and phone.

All Gulf Trace residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend Board meetings.

All Board Meetings are held at 9:30am at the J. Ben Harrill Recreation Complex f/k/a Holiday Recreation Complex, located at  2839 Gulf Trace BLVD.

The Annual HOA Meeing is held the second Wednesday of November.
